“Horrible. Just horrible. This “company” uses someone else’s photos. The information on this post is misleading. We arrived in Cabo from our cruise and then proceeded to walk around all over the marina trying to find the meeting spot. The address on the site is a vague, nondescript address. When I spoke to Viator support they gave me an incorrect address-in front of the Tesoro resort. When I asked someone at s help kiosk, they told me to go to Echo Cat, based on the business name in the reservation images. When we got there they had no idea who we were. The lively ladies at the Echo Cat desk…”
